How do I know if I need to Repair or Replace my roof?
If your roof is over 15 years old and you have had roofing problems, you should replace your roof. 15-20 years is the life expectancy for most roofs, but this could depend on the installation. Most often when leaks occur, the roof is likely to be between 10-15 years old and more often than not, only repairs are needed. Repairs should last between a 1-2 years at least.

Are there any signs I should look for to avoid potential roofing problem?
Besides any leaking, indoors you can look for cracked paint, peeling wallpaper and discolored plasterboard. These are often signs there is a leak and a potential roofing problem.
